Not more than Four Ingredients

I start discovered the way of cooking went i was a teenager and now become a wife, still cooked for my husband. I'm not a pro cooker but to be the best for the family cukuplah kan. dengan waktu kerja yang tak pernah menentukan waktu balik atau lebih tepat sekali memang lepas magrib je baru berpeluang nak angkat beg pun. my rutin harian, for sure tanya my husband, apa yang dia nak makan for dinner...and macam biasalah jawapan standard 'just prepare anything, i tak kisah'. makinlah tepu otak berfikir setiap hari menu apa nak disediakan. kan best kalau ada je idea untuk masak makanan yang tak perlukan banyak barang. nak masak tom yam pun macam2 bahan nak kena sediakan...alahaiiii buang masa tau dengan aku yang sampai rumahnya dah tentulah sekitar 8pm, mau makannya 9pm-10pm nanti.

Instead of figuring out shortcuts that can leave dish looking sloppy or made from pre-cooked food, why not limit myself to 4 ingredients only?!! i still can have the quality of good food, the satisfaction and lots of time to spare. Now that sounds like a solution and i will thank for this cooking with just Four Ingredients. and the best part is, i'm still can save the monthly budget for the groceries too.

Love this book, will try all the recipe insyaAllah. thanks to my husband, he give me this book as a wedding anniversary...oh sooooooo manis
